The Lord looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men. From the place of His dwelling He looks on all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashions their hearts individually. He considers all their works.
The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as are crushed in spirit.
The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, and none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned.
